Operating Principle

1. Material Conveyance
   Packaging materials (typically films) are unwound from a roll and fed into the working area through guide wheels and tension control systems. The equipment automatically corrects film alignment for smooth operation.

2. Bag Formation
   The film is folded into a tubular shape through the forming mold, creating the foundation of the packaging bag. Sealing systems (such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing) join the film edges to form the bag’s seams.

3. Filling
   The dosing system accurately dispenses materials (granules, powders, liquids, or sauces) into the packaging bag according to pre-set parameters. Filling methods include screw metering, cup metering, or electronic weighing systems.

4. Sealing
   Core Reciprocating Motion:

   • The mechanical arm or heating device performs horizontal reciprocating motion to seal the top of the bag.
   • Simultaneously, a cutting blade (rotary or linear) separates the bag from the film roll.
     The sealing process ensures strong, reliable compression and a smooth finish.

5. Product Discharge
   Finished bags are conveyed out of the machine for further processes such as inspection or boxing.
